Boultham Park Lantern Parade

It was wonderful to be involved in the Lincs Inspirational light show that took place in Boultham park in celebration of the end of the Lincs Love Plants project.

It was great to be working with Different Light Collective,  Boultham Park restoration team and Lincs Wildlife Trust , to create such a memorable evening.

More than 100 pieces of artwork were projected in 4 places around Lincolnshire in celebration of the end of this project. In addition at Boultham Park Lumo Worksop were asked to work with year 5 pupils  at St Francis Hill Primary school together creating over 90  lanterns to be paraded on the event evening. Inspiration for the designs of the lanterns  were taken from 3 of the 30 inspiration plants, Daisy, Knotweed and Field Scabious.
